New Business Brand Design for an IT Consulting Firm in Melbourne
We often talk about sites like 99designs which offer 100 logos and you choose one. Or perhaps sites where you can choose a logo from 1,000 existing logos. A new business brand can seem like a daunting feat to achieve. It feels like a lot of money, a lot of confusion and general sense of fear.
Paul called us up about his own brand. He’s set up an IT Consulting practise and it’s going great guns. He’d recently worked with one of those sites like 99 designs. It just didn’t sit quite right. I think he’d captured the whole experience when he told me he’d been through the process and spent the money. But at the end of it all, it just didn’t sit quite right. He knew his brand and he knew the vibe wasn’t quite right.
Trusting his intuition, he opted to collaborate with us.
Which meant spending more money for him.
But I know he’s glad now.
We nailed it.
We explored his brand name, Boolean, which is a popular phrase in the code world. It lead us down a rabbit hole of ideas and we found unlimited options to come back to Paul with. Code as a medium of graphic design was a curious concept and we ended up pushing a code based concept – which in the world of clouds, emotions and arrows that go up – feels quite fresh (if I may say so myself).
Take a peek at the images above and let us know if you’ve got a new business in your hands. We’d love to collaborate.
